Management Team

Management Team comprises of five members representing departmental heads. The role of the Committee is to assist the Chief Executive to manage and run the Company and assist in the discharge of such of his duties as are not required to be exercised personally. The Committee is the mechanism whereby action necessary to advance the Company’s affairs is coordinated and pursued corporately and following appropriate degree of consultation. It provides a forum for the regular exchange and review of information and preparation of business for the Board.
