Hubco's relationship with the Government is governed by the Implementation Agreement. Under this agreement Hubco has the exclusive right to operate the Plant for a period of 30 years.

After the settlement of the tariff dispute, the Company's relation with GoP has improved significantly. The Government has extended its full support to Hubco and WAPDA to complete all documentations relating to previous disputes.
